If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

   Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, pre-orders, or carrier delays. Dirt Gangster Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.

6. Returns and Exchanges
   Return eligibility, exchange policies, and refund procedures are outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Certain products such as limited runs, pre-orders, or promotional items may be final sale.

8. Affiliate and Influencer Programs
   Participation in the DG Gang Influencer Program or any affiliate program is governed by separate terms and conditions. Affiliate discount codes are valid only for online purchases and may not be used at in-person vendor events or booths. Dirt Gangster Apparel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
